1. Limited Edition Run & Integrity Guarantee
Edition Cap: We guarantee that each artwork offered on this site is part of a strictly limited-edition run. The total edition size represents the maximum number of physical prints that will ever be created for that specific artwork across all available sizes and variants.
No Re-runs: Once an edition is sold out, no additional physical prints of this image will ever be manufactured.
Artist Rights: The Artist retains all original copyright and reproduction rights solely for digital display, commercial licensing, or promotional marketing purposes.
2. Transit Damage & Replacement Validation
Insurance: All limited-edition canvas prints are fully insured against damage during transit.
Reporting Window: If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of both the damaged packaging and the print itself.
Edition Integrity: To preserve the strict integrity of our limited runs, the original damaged print must be securely destroyed (with photographic evidence provided to us) or returned to our studio before a replacement is manufactured.
Resolution: Once verification is complete, we will produce a single replacement print matching your original edition number at no extra cost to you. For full details on our damage claim process, please see our standalone Returns & Refunds Policy.
3. Custom Fulfillment & Colour Variations
Custom Made-to-Order: Because each canvas print is individually custom-made to order according to your specified size and finish, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind.
Colour Disclaimer: Minor colour variations may occur between your digital screen display and the physical canvas print due to individual monitor calibrations, device settings, and the natural texture of the archival material. These variations do not constitute a product defect.
4. Exceptional Circumstances & Shortened Runs
Early Closure: The studio reserves the right to permanently close or cut short a limited-edition run at any time due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances. This includes supply chain disruptions, material discontinuations, or permanent studio closures.
Rarity Protection: In the event that a limited-edition run is terminated early, the final total edition size will be publicly amended to reflect only the number of prints actually produced and sold. This action preserves the rarity and value of existing collectors' prints. No future prints of the artwork will be authorised thereafter.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Ownership vs. Copyright: The purchase of a physical limited-edition print transfers ownership of that specific physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, licensing rights, or reproduction rights to the buyer.
No Replication: The artwork may not be scanned, digitally duplicated, resold for commercial profit, or reproduced in any format without the explicit, written consent of the Artist.
