By manufacturing locally within your region, we are able to eliminate unexpected border customs charges and reduce transit times for the vast majority of our orders.
Important Terms for Cross-Border Deliveries:
In rare instances where a specific product variation cannot be fulfilled locally and must be shipped across an international border, the following conditions apply:
Customer Responsibility: All cross-border international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any local import duties, customs clearance tariffs, or destination sales taxes applied by your country's customs authority must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. [1, 2]
Order Rejections: If an international delivery is refused due to unexpected customs fees, any return courier costs, freight charges, or storage fees incurred to safely return the print will be deducted from your final refund.
