Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for investing in a limited-edition piece of fine art photography from Martyn Farnell. Because each of our canvas prints is custom manufactured and individually made-to-order through our global print-on-demand network, we maintain specific policies regarding returns and cancellations to protect the integrity of our limited editions.

1. Change of Mind & Cancelled Orders

  • Final Sales: Because every print is custom-made to your exact specifications (size and edge finish), all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please measure your wall space carefully before completing your checkout.

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change an order, you must contact us at info@shropshirefineartphotography.co.uk within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been automatically routed to our printing facilities, production begins immediately and it can no longer be cancelled or altered.

2. Damaged or Defective Prints

  • Fully Insured: Your artwork is fully insured against any damage that may occur during transit.

  • Reporting Window: If your print arrives damaged, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Evidence: Please include your order number along with clear photographic proof of both the damaged external packaging and the print itself.

  • Edition Protection: To maintain the strict integrity of our limited runs, we require photographic proof that the original damaged print has been securely destroyed, or returned to our studio, before a replacement is made.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will immediately fast-track a single replacement print matching your original edition number at absolutely no extra cost to you.

3. Refund Processing Timeframe

  • In the rare event that a monetary refund is authorized under exceptional circumstances, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to process and post the transaction to your account.
